Kourtney Kardashian’s hot swimsuit body after her 45-pound post-baby weight loss put her younger sisters to shame.
Kourtney spotlighted her superfit body in a gold swimsuit while vacationing with her family in St. Barts on the Dec. 20 episode ofKeeping Up With the Kardashians.
Judging by her fat-free physique, it’s hard to believe that Kourtney, 36, is the mother of three small children.
Kourtney gave birth to her third child, son Reign, in December 2014 and has since lost about 45 pounds. The 5-foot-2 brunette stunner is now skinnier than ever, and has a better body than all her sisters except supermodel Kendall Jenner.
During the past year, Kourtney has shared numerous post-workout photos and chronicled her weight loss on Instagram.
Kourtney’s weight loss secrets are an organic diet, waist training and intense exercise that includes yoga and cardio workouts such as running, Examiner reported.
Kardashian, who obsessively follows an organic diet, said regular workouts keep her physically and mentally strong.
“Working out is one of the only things that helps when I’m feeling anxious,” Kourtney said on Instagram.
Kourtney, a longtime fitness fanatic, stayed healthy during her pregnancy by following an organic diet and doing yoga workouts.
Yoga promotes natural weight loss by reducing stress, building lean muscles and suppressing appetite, said Christina Brown, author of The Yoga Bible.In 2013, Kourtney lost 44 pounds just six months after giving birth to her second child with an organic diet and daily workouts, Examiner reported.
The 5-foot-tall Kourtney, who slimmed down from 150 pounds to a svelte 106 pounds, ran or did calisthenics on the days she didn’t work out with her trainer.
On other days, Kourtney exercised at home doing yoga or using Tracy Anderson’s 90-minute dance-cardio workouts or her Method Express workout.
Meanwhile, Jessica Alba lost all her baby weight quickly with a low-carb Paleo-style diet, yoga and CrossFit workouts, as Celebrity Health & Fitness previously reported.
Low-carb diets such as the Atkins, Paleo and ketogenic diets accelerate weight loss by inducing your body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.
Kourtney, Khloe and Kim Kardashian (and actress Jessica Alba) have all credited corset waist training for flattening their bellies. Waist training, or the “Corset Diet,” is a weight loss trend some women use to winnow down their midsection.
“This is a remarkable way to train your waist to be smaller,” said plastic surgeon Dr. Alexander Sinclair, who claims some of his patients have lost up to six inches off their midsection.
Alba credited wearing double corsets around the clock for three months for her rapid post-baby weight loss after each of her two pregnancies.
Khloe Kardashian recently lost 35 pounds, thanks to waist training, rigorous exercise and a dairy-free diet.
